The selection of gypsum block should be paid attention to in the production equipment of desulfurized gypsum powder

　　1、脫硫石膏粉生產(chǎn)設(shè)備耐水。石膏是一種微溶于水的材料，在可能與水接觸的地方，必須采取嚴(yán)格的防水措施。例如，生產(chǎn)砌塊時，在配料中加入防水劑或防水劑外加劑，根據(jù)可能與水接觸的程度，在隔墻上涂上部分或全部防水貼面或涂料;縫隙和孔洞必須用密封劑密封;此外，在砌筑隔墻之前，還可以制作磚或混凝土墻板。

　　2、板裂縫。各種輕隔板裂縫已成為普遍存在的問題。主要原因有材料問題、分區(qū)結(jié)構(gòu)問題、分區(qū)與主結(jié)構(gòu)連接問題。

　　2. Plate cracks. All kinds of light partition cracks have become a common problem. The main reasons are material problems, partition structure problems and connection between partition and main structure problems.

　　3、輕質(zhì)隔斷材料。它可以分為兩類:一類是基于水泥或硅酸鹽的，另一類是基于石膏的。前者的水化產(chǎn)物主要為膠體，后者為晶體。膠體在外界溫度和濕度變化時容易產(chǎn)生膨脹和收縮，后者變化很小。與板相比，砌塊隔斷砌體接縫較短，只要選用合適的接縫材料，施工方法正確，石膏砌塊隔斷的裂縫完全可以解決。

　　3. Light partition material. It can be divided into two categories: one is based on cement or silicate, and the other is based on gypsum. The hydration products of the former are mainly colloidal, while the latter are crystals. Colloids tend to expand and contract when the external temperature and humidity change, while the latter changes little. Compared with the slab, the joint of block partition masonry is shorter. As long as the suitable joint material is selected and the construction method is correct, the crack of gypsum block partition can be completely solved.

　　4、石膏砌塊隔墻隔音。建設(shè)部組織編制的《住宅構(gòu)件非承重內(nèi)隔墻技術(shù)條件》中規(guī)定，住宅隔墻的空氣聲學(xué)計室內(nèi)不應(yīng)小于50dB，野外不應(yīng)小于45dB。機(jī)組內(nèi)隔墻氣聲計實驗室不小于35dB，現(xiàn)場不小于30dB。我國現(xiàn)有的非承重內(nèi)隔墻難以滿足家庭墻的要求，需要采取必要的技術(shù)措施，如雙層法;在隔墻上加一層隔音層。

　　4. Sound insulation of gypsum block partition wall. According to the Technical Conditions for Non-Bearing Internal Partitions of Residential Components compiled by the Ministry of Construction, the indoor air acoustics meter for residential partitions should not be less than 50 dB and the field should not be less than 45 dB. The Laboratory of aeroacoustic meter for inner partition wall of unit is not less than 35dB, and the field is not less than 30dB. The existing non-load-bearing internal partition wall in our country is difficult to meet the requirements of the family wall. Necessary technical measures, such as double-layer method, are needed, and a sound insulation layer is added to the partition wall.

　　5. 價格。單看石膏砌塊的價格，略高于其他類型砌塊，但它施工簡單，效率高，節(jié)省抹灰，施工干燥，性價比高。
